My fee schedule changes periodically.  I am happy to discuss this by phone, or, preferably during our initial session.  I do offer a sliding scale fee in some cases,  so whatever fee we agree to based on your financial circumstances will be the cost of the intake ​appointment.  

I am able to receive reimbursement from all health plans as an out-of-network provider.  I currently accept Oxford/UBH as an in-network provider and have a limited number of slots available for patients with this insurance.  

My cancellation policy  is 48 hours notice, meaning that you will be responsible for the full fee of the session should you cancel within this window.  I do attempt to provide make-up sessions when possible. 

Currently I accept the following forms of payment:   check, bank transfer and Zelle (offered by most banks in the New York area).
